FC Cincinnati MLS Stadium – East Parking Garage

Concrete construction of a new 676 space, 3 Story parking garage, which includes a plaza level stadium entrance.

Mason Municipal Aquatic Center

The Mason Municipal Aquatic Center revitalization project is intended to replace the existing facility with a new state of the art facility featuring a new heated leisure pool as well as an enclosed 50 meter pool.

Warren County Jail & Sheriff’s Office

The $56.5 million project will have 496 beds which is anticipated to meet capacity needs for 15-20 years.

Waynesville Elementary School

The new 94,000 square foot building will be constructed to house preschool through 6th grade. Once complete, the existing school will be demolished to make space for a new parking area.

Trihealth Western Ridge Medical Center

100,000 square foot expansion of the existing Western Ridge Medical Center.

Fancy Street Water Main and Resurfacing

This project includes construction of a new water main and the re-connection of thirty four (34) residential water services, including new meter pits and meter settings.

CSO 043 Elimination

This project includes the removal and installation of CSO 043, along with the installation of 30-inch, 21-inch, and 12-inch sanitary sewer.

Bruestle Avenue Pump Station Elimination

This project includes construction of a new sewer main and the demolition of the existing pump station.

Bridgetown Road Local Sewer

The local sewer plan proposes the construction of 3,100 linear feet of 8-inch diameter gravity sanitary sewer, with thirty-two 6-inch diameter sewer laterals and all other related sewer appurtenances.
