The garage is a seven-level, 519-stall parking structure located at the northeast corner of Central Parkway and Elder Street, next to Findlay Market in Cincinnati’s historic Over-the-Rhine (OTR) district. Hamilton County recognized a need for more parking options in the OTR neighborhood to alleviate congestion in the area for patrons of Findlay Market and TQL Stadium, home of FC Cincinnati. The project also includes ground-level retail space which serves to extend Findlay Market to Central Parkway. The structure supports residents, compliments the existing neighborhood, and welcomes visitors to explore the area.
