City of Dayton Touchless Plumbing Fixture Replacement

The project consists of removing and replacing manual plumbing fixture components with electronic (or touchless) components to depress the spread of germs.

The proposed work generally consists of upgrades to three lift stations in the Carlisle area.

City of Miamisburg – Small Pump Station Improvements

Upgrades to seven pump stations within the City of Miamisburg.

Eden Park Storm

Installation of 600’ of reinforced concrete pipe and associated drainage structures to eliminate stormwater runoff.

Mason Municipal Aquatic Center

The Mason Municipal Aquatic Center revitalization project is intended to replace the existing facility with a new state of the art facility featuring a new heated leisure pool as well as an enclosed 50 meter pool.

Warren County Jail & Sheriff’s Office

The $56.5 million project will have 496 beds which is anticipated to meet capacity needs for 15-20 years.

Fancy Street Water Main and Resurfacing

This project includes construction of a new water main and the re-connection of thirty four (34) residential water services, including new meter pits and meter settings.

CSO 043 Elimination

This project includes the removal and installation of CSO 043, along with the installation of 30-inch, 21-inch, and 12-inch sanitary sewer.

Bruestle Avenue Pump Station Elimination

This project includes construction of a new sewer main and the demolition of the existing pump station.

Bridgetown Road Local Sewer

The local sewer plan proposes the construction of 3,100 linear feet of 8-inch diameter gravity sanitary sewer, with thirty-two 6-inch diameter sewer laterals and all other related sewer appurtenances.

Hirsch Recreation Center

This $3 million dollar project is a 17,000 SF renovation and 6,700 SF expansion, including a new HVAC system to increase energy efficiency and reduce operating costs.
