The project consists of renovating the existing two-story library located on Warsaw avenue, with a planned addition of 6,800 square feet. The library servicing the Price Hill community will get a complete overhaul, which includes a 34-car parking lot expansion on the south of the building. As part of the master project, QCM was contracted to upgrade the infrastructure by providing a new 2” domestic and 4” fire water services to the building.
